A Dynamic Role

No two days are the same. You'll combine strategy, coaching, travel, commercial analysis, campaign execution and leadership to help every spa perform at its very best.

What You'll Do

As our Sales Performance Manager, you'll lead the commercial success of Merse Wellness Spa by:

• Developing and executing national sales strategies to drive memberships, services, retail and package sales.
• Leading sales performance across every spa, analysing KPIs and implementing strategies that maximise conversion, average spend and customer retention.
• Designing and delivering engaging sales training programs, coaching and development for Spa Managers, Consultants and Therapists.
• Creating seasonal campaigns, promotional offers and monthly sales toolkits in partnership with Marketing.
• Driving successful pre-sale strategies for new spa openings, ensuring every launch exceeds expectations.
• Building the connection between Fitness Cartel and Merse Wellness Spa by developing referral programs and customer activation strategies that convert gym members into spa clients.
• Conducting regular performance reviews, coaching sessions and sales audits to continually improve results.
• Reporting commercial performance and recommendations directly to senior leadership.

Who You Are

You'll be an experienced sales leader who combines commercial thinking with a passion for developing people.

You'll bring:

• Proven sales leadership experience within wellness, health & fitness, spa, beauty, hospitality or another service-based industry.
• A strong track record of improving sales performance and delivering measurable commercial results.
• Experience designing and implementing successful sales strategies, campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Outstanding coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to lift team capability.
• Strong commercial acumen with confidence interpreting sales data and identifying opportunities.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple locations.
• A passion for customer experience and consultative selling.
• Confidence using CRM and business systems, with experience in platforms such as Zenoti, Monday.com or similar highly regarded.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Merse Wellness Spa and Fitness Cartel locations.
