As the Spa Manager, you will take full ownership of the site’s performance, leading daily operations, sales growth and team culture. You will receive weekly coaching and mentoring from your Regional Performance Manager and connect daily with the wider MERSE leadership team to stay aligned, supported and focused on results.
Together, we are building a culture of performance, care and growth. This position is vital to our expansion and places you as part of the A-Player team driving us toward 100 MERSE Wellness Spas by 2030.

What You’ll Do
-
Take full ownership of daily spa operations, ensuring the facility runs efficiently, safely and to premium brand standards.

Lead and optimise the entire client journey, converting first-time guests into long-term members.

Recruit, train and develop a high-performing front-of-house team of 5-10 staff.

Drive monthly membership growth and revenue targets through proactive sales leadership and team accountability.

Build strong community relationships through B2B partnerships, local outreach and brand collaborations.

Oversee rosters, payroll and compliance, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and alignment with labour targets.

Execute local marketing initiatives and in-spa campaigns to increase engagement and retention.

Monitor performance metrics, analyse KPIs and implement strategies to improve results.

Lead and attend special events and brand activations, including weekend events such as The Merse Social, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experience.
Who You Are
You may currently be:

A Sales Manager with proven experience building memberships and leading a results-driven team.

A Beauty or Spa Leader with a strong track record of exceeding KPIs while maintaining exceptional service standards.

A hospitality or wellness professional ready to step into a commercially focused leadership role.
