The Role
As a Spa Receptionist, you’ll be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service while ensuring the spa runs seamlessly day-to-day.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll balance customer service, sales, and operations, while maintaining the high standards expected of a premium wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional front desk experience, including bookings, spa tours, and member interactions
- Manage calls, enquiries, and feedback, ensuring every interaction is professional and solution-focused
- Drive membership sales and service uptake through confident, natural conversations
- Use systems to manage bookings, purchases, and member accounts
- Maintain spa presentation and cleanliness, including linen, stock control, and facility readiness
- Ensure all areas meet health, safety, and service standards
- Support the Spa Manager and team, including opening/closing duties and daily operations
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Experience in a customer service, spa, wellness, or hospitality environment (preferred)
- A professional, well-presented, and confident communication style
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build rapport and deliver standout experiences
- Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment and achieving targets
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- A proactive, reliable attitude with a strong work ethic
- Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain) + Australian working rights

We operate 6:00am – 9:00pm weekdays and 6:00am – 6:00pm weekends, so flexibility across a 7-day roster is essential.
