What You’ll Do

• Lead daily spa operations, ensuring our facilities run like clockwork
• Own the client journey — from first-time visitors to lifelong members
• Recruit, inspire, and grow a team of 5–10 front-of-house staff
• Drive sales growth: memberships, packages, and upsells that fuel our expansion
• Build community connections: B2B partnerships, local engagement, and events
• Manage rosters, payroll, and compliance with precision
• Deliver internal marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities
• Track performance, analyse KPIs, and celebrate wins with your team

Who You Are

• An experienced General Manager ready to bring your leadership to a new challenge
• A Fitness Industry Sales Manager who knows how to build memberships and motivate a team
• A Beauty or Spa Leader with a track record of smashing KPIs and delivering five-star service
• A team leader with drive and ambition, ready to be trained and developed into a future GM
