What You’ll Do

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be a driving force behind membership growth and help create excitement around our new Perth clubs before the doors even open.

You will:

• Drive our pre-sale campaigns, generating excitement before each club opens
• Connect with the local community through outreach, local partnerships, and referrals
• Speak with prospective members and help them find the right membership
• Build strong relationships and create great member experiences
• Work towards individual goals and contribute to team KPIs
• Track enquiries, appointments and member journeys using our CRM
• Work closely with your team to help launch and grow our new clubs successfully

Who You Are

• People-focused with a natural ability to connect and build rapport
• Motivated by results and driven to hit (and smash) goals
• Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks
• A strong communicator who listens, empathises and influences
• Passionate about fitness and proud to represent the Cartel brand
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or fitness is a bonus — but energy, enthusiasm and drive matter most
