The Role

As our Front of House Team Leader, you'll be the face of Fitness Cartel, leading by example to create exceptional experiences for every member who walks through our doors. You'll support and mentor the Reception Team, help oversee the day-to-day front-of-house operations, and create a welcoming, energetic environment where members feel valued from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable member experiences.
• Support, coach and motivate the Reception Team while assisting with onboarding and day-to-day guidance.
• Welcome members, answer enquiries, process memberships, bookings and retail purchases using our club systems.
• Assist with café operations, retail sales and confidently recommend our supplement and nutrition range to members.
• Ensure the reception, café and retail areas are clean, well-stocked and presented to Fitness Cartel standards.
• Support the Customer Service Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the club while maintaining company policies and procedures.

About You

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or the fitness industry.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building genuine relationships with members.
• Confident in retail sales, with supplement and nutritional knowledge highly regarded.
• A positive, proactive and organised leader who enjoys motivating and developing others.
• Strong computer skills, attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain), Australian working rights and flexibility to work a rotating gym roster.
