What You'll Do

As Retail Manager, you'll lead retail performance while creating an exceptional member experience every day. You'll:

• Drive retail sales across supplements, Nutrition Cartel, café and apparel by delivering personalised product recommendations, supplement consultations and outstanding customer service.
• Lead, recruit, onboard, coach and develop the Front of House team, creating a high-performing culture focused on sales, accountability and member experience.
• Manage front of house operations, rostering, café compliance, stock control, merchandising and inventory to ensure the club operates efficiently.
• Execute retail campaigns, supplier activations, social media promotions and community engagement initiatives that increase retail awareness and revenue.
• Monitor retail KPIs, sales performance and reporting while identifying opportunities to improve conversion, average transaction value and repeat purchases.
• Lead by example through exceptional customer service, professional presentation and a passion for helping members achieve their health and wellness goals.

Who You Are

You'll thrive in this role if you are:

• An experienced retail, sales or front of house leader with a proven ability to achieve KPIs and drive commercial results.
• Passionate about supplements, health, fitness and helping members find the right products to support their goals.
• A confident people leader who enjoys coaching, developing and motivating high-performing customer-facing teams.
• Organised, commercially minded and comfortable managing stock, rostering, reporting and multiple operational priorities.
• A strong communicator who builds genuine relationships with members while delivering premium customer experiences.
• Tech-savvy, proactive and adaptable, with Australian working rights and a current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
