Fitness Cartel is coming to Toowoomba, and we're building an energetic team of Group Fitness and Reformer Pilates Instructors to help launch our brand-new club.

About the Role
We're looking for passionate, motivating and energetic instructors across a range of class styles, including:
- Reformer Pilates
- Les Mills Programs
- HIIT
- Strength & Conditioning
- Cycle
- Yoga
- Boxing
- Functional Training
- Dance/Fitness
- Other Group Fitness formats
As part of our launch team, you'll play a key role in creating an exciting club atmosphere, building class attendance, and inspiring members to achieve their health and fitness goals from the moment we open our doors.
What We're Looking For
- Current Group Fitness and/or Reformer Pilates qualifications relevant to your discipline
- Minimum 6 months' experience delivering engaging group fitness or Reformer Pilates classes
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- A confident, motivating coaching style that caters to all fitness levels
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
- Reliable, professional and passionate about helping people move, feel and perform at their best
