The Role

We’re looking for caring, energetic and reliable team members to join our Kids Cartel (Crèche) team.

In this role, you’ll create a safe, welcoming and fun environment for children while their parents enjoy some well-deserved “me time” in the club. You’ll play an important role in ensuring every child feels happy, supported and cared for throughout their visit.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage with children in the crèche, ensuring a safe, fun and positive environment at all times
• Follow all booking, sign-in, pick-up and drop-off procedures to maintain child safety and compliance standards
• Monitor children’s behaviour and wellbeing while responding calmly and appropriately to their individual needs
• Communicate effectively with both children and parents, creating a welcoming and supportive experience
• Uphold duty of care responsibilities and follow all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks while maintaining cleanliness, organisation and professionalism within the Kids Cartel area

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Previous experience caring for or supervising young children in a similar environment
• A positive, reliable and professional attitude with a genuine passion for working with children
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm, patient and engaging with children and parents alike
• Motivated and adaptable team player who can multitask, show initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
• Current First Aid & CPR certification and a valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Flexibility to work gym operating hours and full Australian working rights
