The Role

As the face of the club, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members and guests, delivering an electric experience with every interaction. This is a fast-paced and diverse role where no two days are the same — from greeting members and answering phones to making protein shakes, processing memberships and assisting with retail sales.

We’re looking for someone energetic, professional and passionate about customer service who thrives in a team environment and genuinely loves creating positive experiences for others.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across reception and café areas, greeting members and assisting with enquiries in a warm and professional manner
• Answer calls, manage member queries and escalate complaints or concerns to the relevant manager when required
• Use club systems to process purchases, update member details, create access tags and assist with class and Kid’s Cartel bookings
• Support supplement, apparel and café sales, including making protein shakes and operating coffee equipment
• Maintain high presentation standards across reception, café, retail displays and supplement shelving areas
• Complete opening/closing procedures, follow operational processes and assist with day-to-day club duties as required

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Previous customer service experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for health, fitness and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Reliable, professional and well-presented, with strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Confident using computers and learning new systems, with the ability to follow policies and procedures accurately
• Motivated team player who shows initiative, adapts quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain), flexibility to work gym operating hours and full Australian working rights
