The Role:

In this highly important role, you’ll be the first face our members see when they enter the club. Whatever a potential or existing member needs, you’ll provide warm, professional and memorable service, creating positive experiences with every interaction.

This is a diverse, fast-paced role where no two days are the same — from greeting members and answering phones to making protein shakes, assisting with bookings, maintaining presentation standards and supporting retail sales across supplements and apparel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service across reception and café operations, greeting members and assisting with enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer calls, manage member enquiries and complaints, and direct members to the appropriate manager where required
• Utilise club systems and software to manage member accounts, create access tags, process purchases and assist with class and Kid’s Cartel bookings
• Support retail and café operations including supplement and apparel sales, protein shake preparation and coffee machine use
• Maintain high presentation and cleanliness standards across reception, café and retail areas, ensuring shelves and displays remain fully stocked and organised
• Complete opening and closing duties efficiently while following procedures, prioritising tasks and supporting day-to-day club operations

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Previous customer service experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for health, fitness and delivering exceptional member experiences
• Reliable, punctual, professional and well-presented, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask, show initiative and work effectively both independently and within a team environment
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems, while confidently following and communicating company policies and procedures
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain), flexibility to work gym operating hours and Australian working rights
