What You’ll Do

As Sales Manager, you’ll be the powerhouse behind membership growth. You’ll:

• Lead and inspire Membership Consultants to hit targets and close sales.
• Drive new membership growth through strategy, local marketing, and prospecting.
• Deliver results through KPIs, accountability, and high-performance energy.
• Build a winning culture that thrives on fun, fitness, and results.
• Plan and execute lead generation including B2B, outreach, and community events.
• Lead by example ensuring to prospect and convert leads, make daily sales and contribute to the team’s sales target and success.

• A proven sales leader with experience hitting and exceeding KPIs.
• Someone who loves mentoring a team and leading by example.
• A strong communicator who connects with people and builds trust fast.
• A goal-driven operator with hustle in your DNA and a hunger to grow.
