What You’ll Do

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind membership growth for our new club.

You will:

• Drive the club’s pre-sales campaign, generating excitement before the club opens
• Generate and convert leads through community outreach, local partnerships, social media, and referrals
• Deliver sales presentations and personalised tours to prospective members
• Build strong relationships and create great member experiences
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team KPIs
• Track leads, appointments, and conversions using our CRM
• Work closely with your team to help launch and grow the club successfully

Who You Are

• Sales-focused with a natural ability to connect and build rapport
• Motivated by results and driven to hit (and smash) targets
• Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks
• A strong communicator who listens, empathises, and influences
• Passionate about fitness and proud to represent the Cartel brand
• Sales experience is a bonus — but energy, enthusiasm and drive matter most
