Fitness Cartel Health Clubs is opening a brand-new club in Toowoomba, and we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the charge from day one.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new club launch, driving pre-sales, building a high-performing team, and establishing a strong membership base before the doors even open.

What You’ll Do
As Sales Manager, you’ll lead the pre-sale team, be the powerhouse behind membership growth, and play a key role in building a thriving fitness community in a world-class facility.
You will:
- Lead the club’s pre-sales campaign, generating excitement and building a strong founding membership base
- Recruit, train and inspire Membership Consultants to hit targets and close sales
- Drive new membership growth through local marketing
- Deliver results through KPIs, accountability and high-performance leadership
- Plan and execute lead generation strategies, including B2B partnerships, community outreach, and events
- Lead by example – prospecting, converting leads and contributing to daily sales targets
- Contribute to marketing initiatives including social media, SMS campaigns and email marketing
- Use internal systems such as Clubware, Debit Success and Gym Sales to track performance and ensure procedures are followed
- Support the Club General Manager with operational procedures, meetings and team development
