What You’ll Do
As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind our member growth. You will:
- Generate and convert leads through creative outreach, community engagement, and referrals
- Deliver sales presentations and personalised tours to prospective members
- Build great member journeys with positive, professional interactions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team KPIs
- Track leads, appointments, and conversions daily using our CRM
- Work with your team to ensure the club continues to grow and thrive
Who You Are
- Sales-focused with a natural ability to connect and build rapport
- Motivated by results and driven to hit (and smash) targets
- Organised, proactive, and confident juggling multiple tasks
- A strong communicator who listens, empathises, and influences
- Passionate about fitness and eager to represent the Cartel brand every day
- Bonus points if you have sales experience — but with our training, enthusiasm and drive matter most!
