What You’ll Do

As our Hyrox Functional Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead and coach Hyrox functional training sessions
  • Create programming that’s challenging, safe, and inclusive for all levels
  • Build and grow a strong community of Hyrox athletes within the club
  • Drive member participation and excitement through events and workshops
  • Support the club team with education, onboarding, and engagement

Who You Are

  • Passionate about functional fitness and Hyrox-style training
  • Energetic, inspiring, and confident in leading large groups
  • Qualified with Cert III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
  • Experienced in group functional training (coaching background preferred)
  • A natural community builder with strong communication skills
