What You’ll Do

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind member growth. You will:

• Generate and convert leads through creative outreach, community engagement and referrals
• Deliver sales presentations and personalised tours to prospective members
• Build great member journeys through positive, professional interactions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team KPIs
• Track leads, appointments and conversions daily using our CRM
• Work with your team to help the club grow and thrive

Who You Are

• Sales-focused, with a natural ability to connect and build rapport
• Motivated by results and driven to hit and exceed targets
• Organised, proactive and confident juggling multiple tasks
• A strong communicator who listens, empathises and influences
• Passionate about fitness and eager to represent the Cartel brand
• Sales experience is a bonus, but enthusiasm and drive matter most
