We’re looking for a motivated Retail Manager to lead the retail and café experience at our Holmview club. If you enjoy leading people, delivering great service and making the most of every sales opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

As Retail Manager, you’ll oversee the Pro-Shop and Barbell Café, helping create a welcoming, well-run space for members and guests. You’ll work closely with the Club General Manager and Customer Service Manager to support the team, maintain high standards and grow retail and café performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach and support the retail and café team.

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and help members find the right products.

• Drive sales across supplements, apparel, café products and other retail lines.

• Monitor sales performance, stock levels and product presentation.

• Support stock ordering, merchandising and accurate inventory processes.

• Assist with rosters and ensure the team is ready for busy periods.

• Train new team members and build their product knowledge and service skills.

• Work with club leaders to support promotions, targets and a positive member experience.

• Maintain a clean, organised and inviting retail and café area.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in retail, hospitality or customer service, ideally with team leadership responsibilities.

• A genuine interest in health, fitness, nutrition or wellbeing.

• Confidence coaching a team and supporting them to meet sales goals.

• A friendly, proactive approach and a strong focus on customer experience.

• Good organisation and attention to detail, including stock and cash handling.

• Clear communication and the ability to stay calm during busy periods.

• Flexibility to work shifts that align with club operations.
