As a Fitness Cartel Personal Trainer, you’ll:

• Coach members one-on-one and in small groups to help them achieve real results.
• Build strong client relationships and create personalised training journeys.
• Use business tools and resources to grow your PT business.
• Contribute to a positive club culture alongside our team.
• Keep developing your skills through ongoing mentorship and education.

Who You Are

• A qualified Personal Trainer with Cert III and Cert IV in Fitness.
• Passionate about fitness, health and helping people achieve their goals.
• Motivated to build and grow your own PT business.
• A strong communicator who connects with people and inspires confidence.
• Organised, professional and committed to building a long-term career in fitness.
