What You’ll Do

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll help drive membership growth for future Fitness Cartel club launches in Cairns.

You will:

• Drive pre-sales campaigns and generate excitement before a club opens.
• Generate and convert leads through community outreach, local partnerships and referrals.
• Deliver sales presentations and personalised tours to prospective members.
• Build strong relationships and create outstanding member experiences.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team KPIs.
• Track leads, appointments and conversions using our CRM.
• Work closely with the team to help launch and grow a successful club.

Who You Are

• Sales-focused, with a natural ability to connect and build rapport.
• Motivated by results and driven to hit and exceed targets.
• Organised, proactive and confident managing multiple tasks.
• A strong communicator who listens, empathises and influences.
• Passionate about fitness and proud to represent the Cartel brand.
• Sales experience is beneficial, but energy, enthusiasm and drive matter most.
