Fitness Cartel is expanding rapidly across Western Australia, and we’re looking for our next Sales Manager to join our Perth-based pre-sale team and help lead the launch of our upcoming clubs.

This role will initially be based in South Perth, working within our pre-sale operation and helping build the membership base for our next wave of WA locations.

From there, the opportunity gets even bigger.

What You’ll Do

As Sales Manager, you’ll be one of the driving forces behind our WA expansion, helping take new clubs from pre-sale through to opening and beyond.

You will:

• Lead pre-sale campaigns, generating excitement and building strong founding membership bases before clubs open
• Recruit, train, coach and inspire Membership Consultants to hit targets and close sales
• Drive new membership growth through local area marketing and community engagement
• Deliver results through KPIs, accountability and high-performance leadership
• Plan and execute lead-generation strategies, including B2B partnerships, community outreach and events
• Lead from the front by prospecting, following up leads, closing memberships and contributing to daily sales targets
• Build relationships with local businesses and communities surrounding our new locations
• Contribute to marketing initiatives including social media, SMS and email campaigns
• Use internal systems including Clubware, Debit Success and Gym Sales to track performance and ensure procedures are followed
• Support club leadership with operational procedures, meetings and team development
• Help create the culture and energy of a Fitness Cartel club before the doors even open
