The Role:

Our Massage Therapists are a vital part of our wellness team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, highly motivated, willing to go the extra mile, and want to work in a team. We offer a beautiful massage environment to treat clients on a regular basis; enabling us to educate our clients on how to look after their bodies outside of the treatment room with the wide range of services that we offer in addition to regular massages. We’re looking to fill both various days & hours via a contractor arrangement.

In this role, you will be required to:

• Provide professional massage treatments, listening to client's requirements and aiding in their wellness & recovery.
• Ensure the treatment rooms are cleaned and prepared for the next client.
• Ensure that dress standards are maintained. 
• Follow directions, prioritise & complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Perform other related duties.

What you’ll need to succeed: 

• Certified Massage Therapist and/or Remedial highly desirable.
• Holder of current Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
• Experience and/or willingness to build networks and referral bases.
• Outstanding communication abilities - listening, understanding, empathising, and influencing others.
• Ability to be a role model and live by healthy values and behaviours while being passionate about the gym brand you work for. 
• Be reliable, proactive, punctual, professional & well-presented. 
• Be highly motivated & an adaptable team player with the ability to multitask and show initiative. 
• Communicate & uphold, policies & procedures of the business to customers and staff. 
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificates (if not holding, would be willing to acquire). 
• Have Australian working rights.  

We are open from 5am - 9 pm Monday – Friday & 7am – 5pm on Weekends so working shift work and having availability over the 7 days a week is preferable. However, we are willing to work with you to lock in those hours you want to work!
