Organic Marketing & Content Coordinator – Western Australia

Fitness Cartel is looking for a creative and organised Organic Marketing & Content Coordinator to bring our WA clubs to life across social media.

You’ll plan and create engaging local content, capture the energy of our clubs and help build strong connections with members and communities across Western Australia. This permanent part-time role based in South Perth works across multiple WA locations and supports local marketing, national campaigns and pre-sale activity for new club openings.

What You’ll Do

As our Organic Marketing & Content Coordinator, you’ll:

• Develop and maintain a content calendar for Fitness Cartel clubs across WA.
• Plan and coordinate posting schedules across local social media platforms.
• Create organic content, including short-form videos, Reels, Stories and posts.
• Capture content on-site, including facility updates, member experiences, training and community activity.
• Tailor content to each platform while following Fitness Cartel brand guidelines.
• Incorporate relevant national campaigns into local content plans.
• Liaise with the national marketing team on campaigns, content standards and local insights.
• Support pre-sale marketing for new WA club openings.
• Identify opportunities to increase organic reach, enquiries and community engagement.
• Build relationships with local businesses, influencers and community groups.

About You

You’ll bring:

• Experience creating and managing social media content, preferably including short-form video.
• The ability to plan and maintain a content calendar and posting schedule.
• Confidence capturing and editing content on-site across multiple locations.
• Strong written and visual communication skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and relevant editing or scheduling tools.
• A proactive, organised approach and the ability to work independently.
• Current unrestricted Australian working rights.
• A willingness to travel between WA club locations as required.
