What You'll Be Doing

No two days will be the same! You'll be involved in:

• Supporting the employee journey, from onboarding and HR administration through to employee engagement.

• Helping build and improve our P&C processes, systems and employee experiences.

• Working with managers and team members across the business on day-to-day people matters.

• Getting involved in exciting HR projects and initiatives as our business grows.

What We're Looking For

We're less interested in how many years of experience you have and more interested in who you are and what you bring to the table.

You'll thrive here if you're someone who:

• Brings positive energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for people.

• Is curious, eager to learn and excited to build a career in HR.

• Loves getting stuck in, taking ownership and making things happen.

• Is organised, detail-oriented and enjoys juggling different priorities.

• Has great people skills, a collaborative mindset and isn't afraid to ask questions or share ideas.

You might be a recent HR graduate, currently studying or have some early experience in HR, administration or a people-focused role.

A qualification in HR, Business or a related field, or involvement with AHRI, would be a bonus, but isn't essential.

Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail or a multi-site environment is also welcomed, but your attitude, drive and potential matter most.

The Details

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Head Office in Virginia, Brisbane, with occasional travel to operational sites as required.
