Based at our National Support Office in Virginia, you'll lead exciting projects from concept and feasibility through to grand opening, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of two premium lifestyle brands. What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of new club developments, fit-outs, refurbishments and strategic capital projects.
• Manage project budgets, programmes, contractors, consultants and suppliers to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Oversee site feasibility, project planning, procurement, risk management and construction through to operational handover.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, landlords, architects, builders and external partners to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Establish and improve project governance, reporting frameworks and PMO capability to support business growth.
• Provide project portfolio reporting, insights and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team.

About You

• Proven experience delivering commercial construction, fit-out or multi-site development projects from concept through to completion.
• Formal Project Management certification and/or tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Property or a related discipline.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, procurement and multiple concurrent projects.
• Sound knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC), council approvals, contractor management and Workplace Health & Safety.
• Experience using project management software such as Monday.com, MS Project or similar.
• Current White Card, unrestricted driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly to project sites.
