Fitness Cartel Health Clubs is expanding rapidly, and we're looking for a proactive Field Service Technician to help maintain our premium clubs across the network. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our members enjoy a safe, high-quality training experience by maintaining, repairing and installing world-class fitness equipment.

What You'll Do

• Complete preventative maintenance across cardio, strength, functional, recovery and wellness equipment
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to maximise equipment uptime
• Install new equipment and support club refurbishments, relocations and new club openings
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports and asset registers
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate replacement components
• Support club teams with technical advice, equipment troubleshooting and maintenance updates
• Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and Workplace Health & Safety requirements
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend repair or replacement strategies

About You

• Hold a current Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect Licence (essential)
• Electrical Mechanic Trade Qualification highly regarded
• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
• Experience servicing commercial fitness equipment (essential)
• Able to work independently across multiple club locations
• Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence
• Organised, reliable and committed to delivering exceptional service
• Australian working rights
