We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team at Fitness Cartel Health Clubs.

This is a Permanent Part-Time opportunity (30 hours per week) based at our Virginia Warehouse, supporting our clubs nationally across apparel, warehouse operations, stock movement and pop-up activations.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll support the day-to-day warehouse operation to ensure stock, orders and deliveries run efficiently, safely and accurately.

This role is varied and ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy and being part of a team that keeps the business moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist with receivals, stock replenishment and inventory control
• Support warehouse organisation and presentation standards
• Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory accuracy
• Load and unload deliveries as required
• Support apparel pop-up shops and warehouse sale events
• Assist with stock preparation and movement for activations
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment
• Follow warehouse procedures and WHS practices at all times

About You

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, retail or customer service preferred
• Reliable, proactive and happy to roll your sleeves up
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills
• Able to safely lift and move stock
• Forklift licence advantageous (but not essential)
• Full Australian working rights required
