What You’ll Do

As our Account Care Manager, you’ll:

• Lead, coach, and develop the Account Care team to drive strong performance
• Own overdue accounts, debt recovery, and account management across all clubs
• Monitor KPIs including recovery rates, ageing, and team productivity
• Manage escalations, disputes, and sensitive member situations
• Drive strategies to maximise collections while maintaining member experience
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency
• Support new club openings with account and overdue management
• Build a high-performing, accountable, and engaged team culture

Who You Are

• An experienced leader (3+ years) in a KPI-driven environment
• Strong background in debt recovery, accounts, or customer operations
• A confident communicator who can handle sensitive situations with care
• Results-driven with a sharp focus on performance and outcomes
• Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Passionate about developing people and building strong teams
• Adaptable, hands-on, and ready to make an impact from day one
