About the Role

We’re seeking a creative and technically strong Senior Designer to lead the Fitness Cartel Australia design function across our growing national brand portfolio.

You’ll own creative direction, brand consistency and design execution across Fitness Cartel, Merse Wellness Spa and associated brands. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll deliver high-impact creative across print, digital and in-club environments while maintaining strong brand governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the national design function
• Develop creative concepts across campaigns and brands
• Produce marketing materials (print & digital) including brochures, signage, advertising, manuals and templates
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and asset libraries
• Provide creative direction to internal brand team and external contractors 
• Ensure brand consistency across clubs, franchise network and digital channels
• Oversee quality control, pre-press checks and supplier liaison
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications and Executive teams
• Refine workflows and systems to improve creative delivery

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years’ experience in a senior design role
• Strong brand and art direction capability (print & digital)
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills
• Experience in video editing, motion graphics and photography
• Strong pre-press and technical production knowledge
• Experience managing briefs, stakeholders and multiple projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth environment
• Passion for health & fitness
