About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to lead performance marketing, paid advertising, and SEO strategies across multiple Fitness Cartel brands. You’ll take ownership of campaign execution, optimisation, and analysis — driving engagement, leads, and growth through creative and data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall digital media and performance campaigns
• Manage and optimise paid ad campaigns across Fitness Cartel, Merse Wellness Spa, and Fitness Cartel Apparel
• Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid optimisation strategies
• Leverage remarketing and lookalike audiences to increase conversions
• Analyse ad creative, copy performance, and funnel results, providing data-driven recommendations
• Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithms, and competitor activity
• Implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and lead generation
• Use Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Hotjar UTMs and related tools to monitor performance
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance, lead acquisition and website traffic
• Support the brand team with Implementing technical website updates including page creation, tagging and reporting

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing
• Proven experience across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, and performance marketing
• Proven experience with multiple digital marketing tech stacks
• Ability to demonstrate previous successful marketing campaigns
• Experience with WordPress and website development
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, creative mindset
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for health, wellness, and fitness
• Desirable: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other content creation tools
