The Role
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to lead performance marketing, paid advertising, and SEO strategies across multiple FC brands. You’ll take ownership of campaign execution, optimisation, and analysis - driving engagement, leads, and growth through creative and data-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns
- Manage and optimise ad campaigns across Fitness Cartel, Merse Wellness Spa, and Fitness Cartel Apparel
- Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimisation
- Leverage remarketing and lookalike audiences to increase conversions
- Track and analyse ad creatives, copy performance, and funnel results, providing data-driven recommendations
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithms, and competitor activity to refine strategies
- Implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and lead generation
- Conduct SEO audits, optimise content, and manage backlinking strategies
- Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and related tools to monitor performance
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and website traffic
- Analyse customer journeys and sales funnels to optimise marketing efforts
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within fitness, health, or beauty
- Proven experience with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, and performance marketing
- Ability to demonstrate previous successful marketing campaigns
- Strong social media marketing skills - both organic and paid
- Experience with WordPress and website development
- Familiar with email marketing, automation, and analytics tools (MailChimp, Google Analytics, Linktree)
- Excellent communication skills and a creative, proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for health, wellness, and fitness
- Desirable: Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and content creation tools
- Desirable: Exposure to B2B marketing, apparel marketing, or direct marketing
