Your Role as a Kids Cartel Team Member

As a member of our Kids Cartel team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that children have a safe, fun, and engaging experience while their parents enjoy their workout. Your commitment to child safety and wellbeing will help create a nurturing atmosphere that allows parents to focus on their fitness journey.

You will provide exceptional care and supervision, ensuring that all procedures are followed to maintain a secure environment for every child. Your ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents will be key in building trust and rapport within our community.

We’re Looking for Passionate Individuals!

Are you ready to make a difference? We are searching for enthusiastic individuals who are not only reliable but are also passionate about health and fitness.

• Previous experience caring for young children is essential.
• A current First Aid and CPR certification is required.
• Possess a current Blue Card - Working with Children's Check.
• Flexibility to work hours that align with gym operations.

As a proactive and well-presented team player, you will bring a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Your professionalism and respect towards our members and their children will be the foundation of our exceptional service.
