Our world-class facilities and luxurious spa experiences include state-of-the-art gyms, cycle studios, reformer Pilates, recovery zones, cafés, crèche, and more. Now, we’re looking for a creative Brand Coordinator to elevate our brand presence and connect with our community across multiple platforms.

The Role

As Brand Coordinator, you’ll drive campaigns, manage brand assets, and deliver consistent, engaging messaging that supports our mission to help people live stronger, healthier lives. This is a dynamic, full-time role based in Virginia (part-time considered). 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
• Create content for social media, EDMs, and website updates
• Maintain brand consistency across internal and external communications
• Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance and report on insights
• Support sponsorships, events, and brand partnerships
• Track marketing budgets and process invoices
• Keep brand assets up-to-date and easily accessible
• Stay across market trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities
• Tools You’ll Use - Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics, Later.com, Linktree, Op Central, SharePoint, Google Drive, and Monday.com

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 2+ years in a similar marketing or brand coordination role
• Qualifications in Marketing or Communications
• Digital marketing, EDM, and content scheduling experience
• Strong project management, organisation, and attention to detail
• Creative thinker with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
• Background in fitness, sport, health, or beauty is highly regarded
• Passion for health, wellness, and living well
• Australian working rights and ability to travel to club locations if required
