  • Follow up on expired or expiring certifications and coordinate timely renewals.
  • Maintain training compliance records in OpCentral and Deputy.
  • Support onboarding processes and the deployment of learning modules across the organisation.

People & Culture Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate and well-organised digital records (OpCentral, Deputy, employee files).
  • Generate dashboards and reports to highlight payroll and compliance trends.
  • Provide administrative support for audits, policy reviews, and People & Culture projects.

  • Strong organisational skills and a methodical, process-driven mindset.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
  • A proactive, curious approach with a strong interest in HR and operational excellence.
  • Passion for health and fitness – understanding of gym operations is a plus!
  • Commitment to professional growth – this role can progress to Senior Payroll Officer or People & Culture Officer.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (desirable).
  • Previous experience in a payroll or HR admin role (preferred, not essential).
  • Knowledge of Fair Work and Australian employment law is beneficial.
