The Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic and performance-driven leader to join our senior team as a Regional Performance Manager, overseeing a portfolio of clubs across the Brisbane region. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth, responsible for:

• Driving EBITDA and achieving commercial targets.
• Mentoring Club General Managers, ensuring operational excellence across your region.
• Upholding brand standards, culture and member satisfaction.
• Coaching teams, fostering accountability, engagement and performance.
• Improving underperforming clubs, identifying risks and unlocking growth.
• This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a high-performance, multi-site environment and knows how to build winning teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach General Managers across a cluster of big-box clubs.
• Ensure club performance KPIs are met — retention, sales, service, and profitability.
• Implement and uphold SOPs, brand standards, and campaign initiatives.
• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and 1:1 performance check-ins.
• Manage regional brand reputation and proactively resolve member feedback.
• Collaborate with functional teams (marketing, fitness, sales, ops) to achieve targets.
• Drive the rollout of new club openings and regional projects.
• Foster a high-performance culture that aligns with our core values

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

To excel as the Regional Performance Manager, you'll need experience in a similar performance driven role, ideally within a big-box gym or other health and fitness organisations, and/or multisite operations.

• Proven experience leading multi-site operations in the Fitness Industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and track record of hitting targets.
• Inspirational leadership style with exceptional communication skills.
• Operational expertise in managing teams, systems, SOPs, and compliance.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-growing, ever-evolving environment.
• A deep understanding of the fitness industry and current market trends.
