The Role:

As a key support role within the marketing department, you’ll be liaising across Health Clubs, Head Office departments and marketing suppliers to assist in delivering Fitness Cartel’s marketing strategy. This is a permanent part-time role (20-25 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide administrative support to the Marketing team to ensure a smooth-running department.
• Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Design and execute email nurture campaigns to move leads through the marketing funnel.
• Assist with marketing events and cross-promotional opportunities.
• Monitor and respond to customer enquiries and feedback on social media.
• Assist with organising and coordinating photoshoots. 

What you’ll need to succeed: 

• Previous experience in a marketing administration - Fitness, Sport, Health or Wellness is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively internally and externally, both verbally and written.
• Social media scheduling tools and EDM campaign experience including MailChimp, Survey monkey. 
• Copywriting and editing skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, and as a part of a team.
• Creative mindset with a passion for Health & Fitness.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task/prioritise
• A "can do" attitude with a thirst for learning, and ambition for growth.
• Be reliable, proactive, punctual, professional, and well-presented.
• Have a strong work ethic.
