The Role:

Have you completed your qualifications but not yet broken into the fitness industry? At Fitness Cartel, we offer you the freedom to run your own PT business with all the support you need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design personalised health and fitness programs & deliver 1:1 Personal Training and Small Group Training Sessions.
• Build & manage a client base with warm leads provided.
• Be actively involved in Transform8 – As part of our 8-week challenge, PTs participate in group classes, gaining direct exposure to members and potential clients.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Cert III & IV in Personal Training, First Aid certification, ABN & Insurance.
• Strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
• High energy, charisma & communication skills to engage and motivate members.
