The Role:

Fitness Cartel Health Clubs is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive performance marketing, paid advertising, and SEO strategies across multiple brands, including Fitness Cartel Health Clubs, Merse Wellness Spa, and Fitness Cartel Apparel. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue. This role requires expertise in paid media, SEO, and data analysis to refine marketing strategies and improve engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage and optimise ad campaigns for Fitness Cartel, Merse Wellness Spa and Fitness Cartel Apparel.
• Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimisations.
• Leverage remarketing and lookalike audience strategies for increased conversions.
• Track and analyse ad creatives, copy effectiveness, and funnel performance, making data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements. 
• Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to continuously refine campaign approaches.
• Implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic and organic lead generation.
• Conduct SEO audits, optimise content, and manage backlinking strategies.
• Utilise Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools to track and improve performance.
• Provide regular reports on key performance metrics, campaign performance, and website traffic.
• Analyse customer journeys, sales funnels, and audience insights to refine marketing efforts.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fitness, health, or beauty industry.
• Experience in Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, and performance marketing.
• Ability to showcase previous successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong social media marketing skills, both organic and paid.
• Experience with WordPress and website development.
• Experience with email marketing, automation, and analytics tools such as MailChimp, Google Analytics, and Linktree.
• Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
• Passion for health and fitness with a proactive and adaptable approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Desirable: Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and content creation tools.
• Desirable: Exposure to B2B marketing, apparel marketing, or direct marketing.
